Meppen, September 2020: The cleaning specialist from Meppen has used the coronavirus period to further develop its vending machine. The "NonStop Shop" has now been unveiled. The guests were Bernd-Carsten Hiebing, CDU member of the state parliament, Arne Fillies, chairman of the city association, Juliane Große-Neugebauer, deputy district chairwoman and Dr Hubert Kruse from the Meppen CDU district association.
Environmentally conscious, regional, hygienic
With the new vending machines from Westermann Radialbesen, regional products in particular can be offered around the clock in an environmentally friendly and hygienic manner. Alfons Westermann, Managing Director at Westermann Radialbesen, and Norbert Verst, responsible for sales, presented the new "NonStop Shop" to local politicians.
The topic of local supply in the countryside is important and can be covered by the "NonStop Shop". This is because different businesses such as farmers, bakers and butchers can join forces and jointly stock a vending machine. This creates synergy effects.
"We are proud that after almost four years of development and production, the vending machine is now ready and can go on sale," says a delighted Alfons Westermann. And the development is not over yet. An app is soon to follow, which will make it easy and convenient to reserve products.
